The switch uses non-blocking switching architecture to provide your network with full-wire speed connections. It accommodates flow control for full-duplex mode and back pressure for half-duplex mode, which ensure reliable data transfer and help prevent data loss.

In addition, the ES-5500G supports jumbo frame that allows the extension of the Ethernet frame size to a maximum of 9600 bytes for increased data rates. This cost-efficient switch is the best choice for Small office/Home office needs.

It exemplifies the easy “plug and play” installation, because ES-5500G supports auto-MDI/MDI-X. Use either straight-through or cross-over Ethernet cable and combine 10, 100 and 1000 Mbps devices into ES-5500G. The switch will automatically detect the right cable and speed for your device.
