means that one of United Electrical's Authorised Service Agents will go out to the customers home or business and fix their systems at their premises. Their system is not usually taken off site.

United Electrical Engineering (UEE) specialises in extended warranties for electrical products. Our warranties come into effect once an existing manufacturer warranty has expired. We have the ability to extend warranty coverage up to a total of five years from your original date of purchase.

Your electrical product does not need to be brand new. As long as you have at least one month left on your existing Australian or New Zealand manufacturer warranty we can offer you an extended warranty
What service do we offer? What products can we cover?
UEE provides on-site service as standard. However, certain products have special service attributes depending on its size and complexity.
Our warranty covers electrical products from all mechanical and electrical defects. We provide the labour and replacement parts necessary to maintain the product in good operating condition.
We cover almost any type of electrical, IT, AV, whitegoods or lifestyle product. Some of the equipment we cover includes:
Onsite Repair
One of UEE’s service agents will go out to the customer’s home or business and fix the equipment

Onsite Extraction
Up to two service agents will remove and refit the equipment from the home or business. The equipment is also transported to and from the service centre free of charge

Similar to extraction, the customer has the equipment packed in a box and ready for a courier pickup. Repaired equipment is then returned swiftly via courier

Return To Base Extraction
Used for car audio where the customer drives the car to UEE’s service agent for removal of the equipment. Then once repaired, the equipment will be reinstalled into the car
