If you like the idea of a Bluetooth headset but hate the idea of having a boom mic strecthing out across your jawline, the sequel to the popular Jabra Stone earpiece, the Stone 2, is set to launch in Australia this month.
Available from Harvey Norman and Dick Smith, the headset fits comfortably on the ear rather than down the cheek, and will sell for $149.
If Bluetooth speakerphones are more your thing, Jabra has a pretty impressive high-end model launching in a few weeks as well, featuring dual microphones, three speakers, voice controls and an FM transmitter. Dubbed the Freeway, it will sell for $149 and has support for future wideband networks, which improves audio quality dramatically, should it be supported by the mobile network (at the moment, no Aussie telco supports the tech).
