Overall

Very, very, quiet. I can’t hear it on 900rpm cable setting from 1m away. About 10degrees cooler than my old ThermalTake Blueorb ii. Installation took about an hour due to having to remove the mobo from the case and there are quite a few pieces, but instructions are ok. Only complaint is that heat sink protrudes about 2cm outside a standard case lid?! If you don’t mind your case being open, and noise is a concern, then I highly recommended this Cooler.

Overall

It was very easy to install this. Comes supplied with thermal paste. I purchased this one, instead of "Noctua NH-C12P SE14". (which I'd previously bought) Basically I am unable to properly seal the case with the U12 installed. However, its keeping the temps down, and is significantly quieter than the stock AMD cooler it replaced.

If you need a quick gauge for one of these. Can you fit a 140mm fan at the rear of the case? If the answer is yes, then you will just manage to fit this monster in.
