Customer Service / Warehouse Officer - Junior Position (suit School Leaver)

selling the latest technology by the biggest vendors as well as niche products in
the areas of gaming, surveillance & PC cooling.
We are seeking enthusiastic people to fill Junior roles in our Sydney office.
Previous experience in IT Retail Channel would be an advantage, but not essential,
however a solid knowledge of PC systems, PC components & peripherals is essential.
Those progressing from a technical or support role into sales will also be considered.
Duties will involve:
- Excellent Customer Service skills especially on handling customer enquiries over
the phone & emails,
- Increase sales opportunities through new products & markets,
- Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, team members and top management,
- Good management skills and responsibilities on job task, people, problem solving,
analysis and etc,
- Great capability on balancing the situation in between the company and customers
.
- Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Includes general warehouse packing & delivery
Successful candidates must have a good work ethic, positive attitude and a desire
to succeed.
