Australia Post has issued a general notice advising of delays in the lead up to Christmas and during New Years celebrations.

When should I place my order?
The sooner the better, but please refer to the stock availability indicator on each product listing. Alternatively, please give us a call on 02-90112078

Orders are shipped via Australia Post's delivery network.
Please refer to our recommended delivery timeframes and suggested cut-offs below.

Which shipping method should I choose?
To avoid disappointment, we STRONGLY recommend choosing EXPRESS POST delivery.

Please consider this if your order is placed between 12th December 2016 and 3rd January 2016.

How long should I allow for delivery?

For orders which dispatch via REGULAR Shipping:
Allow up to 5 working days for delivery (Australia Post regular parcel service).

For orders which dispatch via EXPRESS Shipping:
Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery (Australia Post express network service)

Are there any Christmas period shipping cut-off times?
Yes, please see our delivery cut-off dates below in the table.

Note: Orders placed after these cut-off dates will continue to dispatch as normal however they may not be delivered prior to Christmas.
